Formula One parts are designed to withstand G forces of over 5g, top speeds in excess of 200mph and yet be as light as possible to reduce the overall Formula One car weight.
This race used gear ratio set is from the gearbox of the Red Bull Racing race car. Mounted on a base that allows the gear ratios to be meshed and rotated.
